Description of the project
: Trade area (trade center - one big area or separate shops) and offices located on the first 6 floors, with height of each floor of 3.5 m, elevation 0.00 m to 21.15 m.
Above the trade areas there are 19 residential floors with height of each floor of 2.80 m, with a total of 57 apartments (3 on each floor) from elevation 21.15 m to 74.35 m. From elevation 74.35 m to 79.00 m there will be a panoramic lobby bar and above it a pole banner with a height of 11.78 m.
